How breathing well can help you to be the best you can be!

This week in school we have been practicing "Brilliant Breathing".  See if your child can describe what to do!  You might like to use it at home when your child is finding it difficult to sleep, is tense, needs to unwind after watching TV or being on the computer or needs to calm down after being upset.
